Concordia Classical Academy is looking for teachers who delight in leading students toward the true, the good, and the beautiful in their studies two days a week. With small class sizes and an emphasis on the love of learning, educators thrive while supporting homeschool parents and equipping students to join the great conversation of learners.
Three words describe the school. They describe the job, too.
Classical
CCA utilizes an established classical curriculum, drawing from the greatest thinkers of the Western tradition — the seven liberal arts, the great books, classical history, and Latin. Fostering careful reading and clear reasoning, you bring your gifts to material that has been forming minds for centuries.
Christian
In Christ are found "all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge" (Col. 2:3). Our teachers desire to see students grow in Christian virtue and faith. They partner with parents to form young men and women who have strong Biblical literacy, an understanding of church history, and who live with charity together as one body, embracing the core doctrines of Christian faith.
Cottage
Two days a week, in person, at First Baptist Church in Walton, Kentucky. Mondays and Thursdays for kindergarten through 12th grade. Families finish the week's work at home Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Lower School Tutor
Lead a class of younger students through phonics, reading, grammar, recitation, math, history, and the early work of Latin — the grammar-stage building blocks of a classical education.

Upper School Tutor
Lead students through our Memoria Press–based upper school curriculum — Latin, classical literature, traditional logic, rhetoric, history, and Christian studies — building the disciplines of careful reading, clear thinking, and articulate expression.

Admin Assistant
A welcoming presence for families and a steady support for our tutors. The admin assistant helps the school run smoothly on the two days families are on campus — front-desk hospitality, family communication, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the day moving.
